Beautiful venue. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Went and seen Matt Matthews and he was amazing! The line was very long to see him and we did have to wait a long time to get in but it was all well worth it.

I attend concerts at the Ryman regularly -- it's my favorite venue. Last night, my experience was so exemplary I took to writing a review. I had a hip replacement a week ago, so was not entirely mobile and needed assistance from Ryman staff for accessible entry and seating. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. My son was in a band that was performing, and he commented on the same -- everyone from the stage crew to the ticket staff to the ushers -- everyone was wonderful. Thank you Ryman for helping my first foray out of the home after surgery be a positive one.
